The Master Instructor supervises all classes.

We have free street parking as well as free parking in a parking lot across the street.

We have a permanent padded matt for safety.

Mirrors are set up across the wall for training purposes.

We have a retail area for the selling of training equipment as well as gift items and clothing choices.

We have leg stretching machines, speedball, a hanging heavy bag, as well as free standing kicking bags especially for children.

A color belt system is offered to help with the learning process and progress.

Every adult is offered a free class to see if what we have to offer is what they are looking for.

Professional instructors trained in several areas of the Martial Arts teach our classes.

We are experts in unarmed self-defense, training both the law enforcement and security industry.

Teaching self-defense is one of our trademarks and our specialty.

Our classes are physical workouts. We have stretching machines for

the legs.

We have a weightlifting or weight training area with personal trainers or advise and help.

We have dressing rooms for both men and women.

For those who are interested, we offer a Kickboxing program for point Karate, Semi contact Karate, and full contact Karate.

We offer instruction in several weapons.
